Torch Solutions Development is the Community Development Corporation (CDC) established by Shalom Church of God in Christ, serving as the structured outreach and community impact arm of the church.
Rooted in faith and driven by action, Torch Solutions Development exists to restore communities, strengthen families, and create pathways to stability, growth, and opportunity. While Shalom Church fulfills its spiritual mission through worship, discipleship, and evangelism, Torch Solutions Development advances that mission beyond the church walls through organized, accountable, and sustainable community development initiatives.
Our Purpose
Torch Solutions Development was formed to address real-world needs through strategic programs that combine faith, service, and practical solutions. As a CDC, we focus on long-term impact, not temporary fixes by developing programs that empower individuals, stabilize neighborhoods, and equip the next generation.
